Staff or Personal Development Day
The full session includes approximately 7 hours of instruction, allowing for lunch and short breaks throughout a standard nine-hour workday. Breaks help maintain mental focus and retention.
Each participant should complete the DISC + Motivators and Behavior Hierarchy assessment at least three business days before the session.
Individual sessions may also be scheduled and priced separately. Fees are payable upon scheduling.

The Motivators and Behavioral Hierarchy assessment provides deeper insight into what drives you and your teammates. This assessment is included as part of the DISC assessment package.

This power-packed session outlines the quality buying process every buyer goes through. Participants will map their sales process in terms of the buyer’s journey and adopt key sales communication habits that nudge buyers to actions with subtlety and care!
